Payment Terms and Conditions Payments for all bookings should be settled thru Bank Transfer, Western Union, ML Kwarta Padala (M. Lhuillier) or Credit Cards thru online PayPal Facility. Please read payment procedures below. For Bookings within the Regular Season ( from June to September ) · Full payments should be made at least 7 days before the check-in or tour date in order to avoid cancellation of the booking.
For Bookings within the Peak Season ( October through May and legal holidays ) · Full payments should be made at least 20 days before the check-in or tour date in order to avoid cancellation of the booking.

Please inform us for any cancellations immediately. The following conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In all cases, refunds apply only to paid selling rates on cash basis.
For Regular Season ( from June to September ) · Cancellations received not less than 10 days (including Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in or tour date will be entitled to a full refund. · Cancellations received less than 5 days (including Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in or tour date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of selling rate. · No show on the check-in or tour date is non-refundable.
For Peak Season ( October through May and legal holidays ) · Cancellations received not less than 21 working days (including Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund. · Cancellations received within 10 to 20 days (including Sat, Sun and Public Holidays) prior to tour date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of selling rate. · Less than 5 days notification is non-refundable.
